El tiempo de inyecci\u00f3n se establece en un modo seguro pero ineficiente. El resultado es un arranque dif\u00edcil, ralent\u00ed irregular, bajo consumo de combustible y reducci\u00f3n de la potencia de excavaci\u00f3n. Algunas ECU reducen la potencia del motor al 50% o se niegan a arrancar por completo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"\">2. Sensor de Inducci\u00f3n \u2013 Sin Contacto, Sin Desgaste, Pero Sensible a la Holgura<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Los sensores de velocidad aqu\u00ed listados (AT393721, 18859995C91, 385820480) son\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"\">sensores inductivos (magn\u00e9ticos)<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> \u2013 generan una se\u00f1al de voltaje CA cuando los dientes de hierro del volante o del anillo de tono del cig\u00fce\u00f1al pasan por la punta del sensor. Debido a que no hay contacto f\u00edsico, no se desgastan como los sensores de contacto. El Escenario de \u201cNo Arranca, Sin RPM\u201d \u2013 Caso Real de Falla<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Una DX380 en una cantera de Malasia giraba normalmente pero no arrancaba. El operador accion\u00f3 la llave varias veces; eventualmente arrancaba pero funcionaba de manera irregular. El taller reemplaz\u00f3 el motor de arranque, las bater\u00edas y los filtros de combustible \u2013 1,200 USD en piezas \u2013 sin mejora.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Conectamos una herramienta de diagn\u00f3stico y observamos la lectura de RPM durante el arranque: 0 RPM. La ECU no recib\u00eda se\u00f1al de velocidad, por lo que nunca habilit\u00f3 la inyecci\u00f3n. El sensor era funcional, pero la holgura de aire hab\u00eda aumentado debido a la vibraci\u00f3n \u2013 el sensor se hab\u00eda aflojado ligeramente y retrocedido 0.3 mm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Soluci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">\u00a0Limpiamos la punta del sensor, lo reinstalamos con compuesto fijador de roscas para evitar el retroceso, y ajustamos la holgura de aire a 0.8 mm. El motor arranc\u00f3 instant\u00e1neamente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Lecci\u00f3n para propietarios de DX380:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">\u00a0Cuando el motor gira pero no arranca, no sospeche inmediatamente del combustible. Primero verifique la lectura de RPM en el monitor. Sin RPM = la ECU no sabe que el motor est\u00e1 girando, por lo que no activar\u00e1 los inyectores.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"\">4.
