Volvo builds the PL4611 on the EC460 platform, so the engine, the hydraulic drive train and the cooling package carry over almost unchanged. That is useful for a fleet with both machine types, and it is a reminder that the model badge is a weaker search key than the number cast on the part.

Volvo’s own online catalogue does not return a citable page for 14537295, so the description is dealer-established rather than manufacturer-confirmed. No displacement, pressure or flow figure is published for it, and none is quoted here.
Diagnosis order before ordering a fan pump
- Clean the cores and re-measure coolant and hydraulic oil temperature at low and high idle under load.
- Confirm the fan accelerates when the controller asks for it. A fan held at part stroke is a control fault, not a pump fault.
- Measure outlet flow and pressure at working temperature. Gear pump wear shows as output that fades as the oil heats.
- Check the suction line, the strainer and the oil level. Starvation makes a healthy pump noisy and then dead.
- Inspect the fan motor case drain before closing the job, because a motor that shed material has already circulated it into the pump.

Fitting
Match shaft form, pilot, flange, port positions and rotation direction against the removed pump; gear pumps are direction-sensitive and a reversed unit starves itself from the first crank. Prime with clean oil, change the return filter element, keep the case drain unrestricted to tank, and target ISO 4406 18/16/13.
